영어 문장에서 coming 앞 콤마가 궁금해요

“Stay tuned for the financial report coming up right after the commercial break.”와 “Stay tuned for sports, coming up after this break.”에서 coming 앞에 주격 관계대명사와 be동사가 생략된 건가요?
두 번째 문장에만 콤마가 있는 이유도 궁금합니다.
제한적 용법과 계속적 용법의 차이로 보면 될까요?
