you coud ask ~ or if
ask에 연결되는 if(인지아닌지)라고 보는게 자연스러워 보이는데요?
You could ask if(if절 안 가정법 과거 문장) - the person [interviewing you](수식) would(주절과거조동사) be the person [you report to](수식) if you got(if절 과거동사) the job.
