문장 속 주어와 목적어가 무엇인가요?

영어 문장 구조가 헷갈려서 질문드려요.
“Over a million square feet of thickly woven polypropylene fabric held together by 5,000 feet of blue rope covered every square inch of the structure.”에서 진짜 주어는 over 이하 전치사구인가요, fabric인가요?
그리고 “every square inch of”에서 목적어는 inch인지 structure인지도 궁금해요.
