that 부터 due까지 주어이고 is 가 본동사 입니다. that 절이 주어로 쓰였습니다.
decide의 목적어로 when 절이 쓰인것이고...
직역하자면... that 부터 due까지 ~~ 한 것은 확실하다... 이 정도가 될 수 있겠네요
