저렇게 로고부분이 있는데헤더부분을 fixed로 고정시켜서 로고는 마진 패딩값주면서 저위치에 맞쳐두니
창을 작게하거나 크게하면 위치가 틀려져서.. 딱고정시키고싶은데
어떻게해야할지 모르겠네요

이리저리 만들다가 빼고그래서 미쳐못뺀것들이있어요 ㅠ 윽 ㅋ
헤더 전체를 고정해버려서...패딩이랑 마진으로만 밀어서그런지 창을줄이고 키면 위치가 중앙에고 다시 최대화시키면 원래위치로오고...그러네요..

logo에 마진이 왜 -0인지 잘 모르겠어요. 그리고 #header에 vertical-align: top; 은 빼시면 될것같구요.
그냥 하시는대로라면 로고를 위와 옆의 패딩?으로 밀어도 문제가 없어야 정상이거든요.
그리고 fixed에 좌표값이 없어요. header에 ㅠ_ㅠ
이것들을 다 고치고 해도 안된다면...
logo에 position:absolute; 를 선언하시고 left, top 값으로 위치를 고정해주시면 될것같네요.
